Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Nice atmosphere for a Guesthouse. Basic food was also provided due to the location which is an exceptional service.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Excellent Service. Very flexible and always ready to help. Very nice place.

Oyado Tsukiusagi er staðsett í Miyajima, 600 metra frá Fimm Storey Pagoda, 800 metra frá Itsukushima-helgiskríninu og 1,3 km frá Daisho-in-hofinu. Extremely convenient, literally just across the road from the ferry pier and not hard to find at all. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our host did not speak English, but was able to attend to all our needs without issue. Was definitely a memorable experience staying in a traditional Japanese room on Miyajima. Would highly recommend!

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. Absolutely gorgeous stay! Thank you

Miyajima Morinoyado opnaði aftur í apríl 2014 eftir endurbætur og býður upp á þægileg herbergi og rúmgott almenningsbað. Lovely hotel. Excellent breakfast, we did not opt for the dinner, so I cannot comment. I used the bath onsen twice and it was very clean and relaxing. We were able to use the shuttle to the hotel which was nice. We walked back to the ferry on the last day, which is an easy 25 minute stroll. I would recommend climbing Mt Misen, it was a great climb with some temples on the way, and we took the ropeway back down.
