Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. Completely amazing experience! Everyone who can should stay here at least once : )

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. I liked the location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed having drinks at Hoppy Street and strolling along the Sumida River Walk.

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba is the first Grand Nikko hotel in Japan, open from 1 July 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged to change from double to twin beds on short notice. The room was clean and spacious. The view on the Rainbow bridge was amazing. Excellent location right next to the Daiba station and relatively close to Tokyo Teleport station. An airport bus departs directly from the hotel to terminals 1-3. Very pleasant stay.

Shiba Park Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Onarimon Subway Station and a 4-minute walk from Daimon Subway Station. The staff went above and beyond. We did not know that there would be a construction (probably did not notice during booking), but it was as if it wasn't there at all. The hotel has provided a lot of free snacks, pastries, drinks (water, tea, coffee, beer, wine, sake, etc). You can only get these things if you buy club rooms in other hotels. Anyway, we would strongly recommend that if you don't require a few of the usual amenities such as a gym, pool, etc. However, we didn't need it; we were there for tourism, not a resort stay. The breakfast was outstanding!

Open from December 2015, Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole is located just a 2-minute walk from Oshiage Subway Station, the closest station from the Tokyo Skytree. Perfect location in Tokyo right next to train station

Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten byl otevřen v srpnu 2014 po důkladné rekonstrukci a nabízí srdečnou pohostinnost již více než století. The size of the room is amazing for Tokyo. From the tetami mats to the super bathroom, it makes you feel like you are visiting a traditional Ryokan. The front desk is super helpful. They were able to help arrange last minute restaurant reservations. A 10 all round. Location is super. Not crowded, loads of restaurant options and only 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, Imperial Palace

Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. Facilities were excellent. Rooms were very spacious.

Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa is a 2-minute walk from Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple. Asakusa Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away. Bath, good air con, reasonably sized room. Super friendly staff who offered to take a photo of me in front of the skytree.

APA Hotel Sugamo Ekimae se nachází v Tokiu, jen 1 minutu pěšky od stanice metra JR Sugamo a sjezdu z dálnice A4 a 20 minut chůze od zahrady Rikugien, a nabízí veřejné lázně a kompaktní praktické... Super clean, equipped with everything you need, don't need to bring anything yourself. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Did not expect APA hotels to exude a luxurious vibe, was quite surprised.
