If you are looking for an authentic experience in a genuine colonial property, then look no further, you really won't be disappointed. The 'bungalows' are not stand-alone, as you might expect, but are actually separate areas of the large property which allows you to enjoy all of the communal areas and to interact with other guests, or simply find a quiet place to relax and unwind. The property manager, Bernard, was so helpful and was always on hand to ensure that everything was just right, even down to offering hot water bottles to us on the chilly nights. Not that the rooms were cold - the heating worked very well - but it was typical of the high levels of service that you can expect here. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was modern, with lots of hot water, and the WiFi worked well for us. The breakfasts were very tasty and the two dinners that we had there were both excellent.
