The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... Amazing staff, very efficient, friendly, helpful, make you feel at home. This 400 year old building was a truly once in a lifetime to live in. Everything is kept original and this is what makes this Hotel unique. Perfectly situated with the Fort precinct & easy access to all the amenities within the fort. The service is very personalized because the hotel has only 11 rooms.

We spent a week in the charming mansion Camellia, centrally and quietly located, a few minutes walk away from the beach and center. The building is a little hidden from the street and is surrounded by a blooming garden. The room with all amenities was spacious and quiet. Our host Paddy spoiled us with a delicious and varied breakfast, he showed us the eating habits of the country with the respective national dishes. His humor and knowledge of the country and its people was unique, he helped his guests and also us with reservations, excursions and transfers. We highly recommend this property and will book this accommodation again on our visit.

Clean and well-maintained. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast - highly recommend the hoppers! We weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop bar due to weather, but the view was great nevertheless.

Personál byl velice milý a vstřícný. Vše bylo čisté a brunch byl dokonalý. Opravdu krásné, moderní místo. Evropský styl a opravdu výborné espresso 👌🏽 vrátili bychom se zpět.

Excellent location - within the fort area and a short walk to all the main sights of Galle, nice views over green spaces and the ocean, a rooftop terrace with a good view of the sunset. A clean and spacious room with air con and fan. Beautiful home! We had the room with a terrace which was lovely. The place is run by such a kind family - we enjoyed chatting to the Grandfather and the Granddaughter.

Sergeant House Boutique Villa & Private Beach je butiková vila z 19. století, která se vyznačuje koloniální architekturou a nachází se v těsné blízkosti pláže Unawatuna. There are not many properties where all points you can give are actually not enough, but the Sergeant House is such a place. We stayed in the 3-Bedroom-Villa with our kids and had a fantastic time. It’s literally impossible to say what we have enjoyed more, the attention given to us by the staff or the amazing property. We are definitely looking forward to repeat this experience again.

Srílanská Hotel Dunes Unawatuna je ekologický butikový hotel poblíž krásné pláže Unawatuna (100 metrů / 5 minut chůze). Naprosto profesionální přístup personálu i majitele, který byl na hotelu denně přítomny a stále se ujišťoval, jestli nám něco nechybí. V pokojích bylo úplně všechno potřebné vybavení- dokonce i zubní kartáček a pasta. Dole v hotelu byl barel s pitnou vodou, kde jsme si mohly kdykoliv doplnit pití. Ve skříni dole v lobby byly dokonce čisté osušky na pláž, plážové tašky a klobouky k půjčení zdarma.
