The riad is a little oasis of tranquility in the bustling medina. A perfect blend between traditional architecture and comfort, the riad is designed very well to let in a lot of light, which is often not the case in Morocco. The single room is snug but stil feels spacious. The bathroom was very clean. I didn't use the hot tub, but they have a system where you can easily book it over the course of the day (it's almost always available) and so you can have it to yourself! The breakfast on the terrace is excellent both in terms of location and the quality of the food. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, starting from Felix, the manager, as well as the breakfast staff and the night guard, who prepared an excellent breakfast for me before opening times.

El Riad Dar Maya es un establecimiento de lujo situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Tiene una terraza en la azotea, además de una bañera de hidromasaje y una biblioteca. Warm and considerate service ．Kind and sincere ．When leaving I left my stuff in the room. They found it and called my driver and we returned. They were waiting outside the old town gate to hand it over to us. They have a kind and sincere character.This is very quiet place. I like this place.

Located in Essaouira’s medina, this seafront riad offers stylish rooms with a traditional Moroccan décor and 2 terraces with sea views. Beautiful Riad. We had the Saphir Suite…. One of onlya few rooms that overlook the ocean. Unbelievable view and well worth the money. The young lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Este lujoso hotel cuenta con una terraza con piscina al aire libre climatizada y vistas panorámicas a la medina y al mar. Se encuentra a solo 400 metros de la playa, en el centro de Esauira. Wonderful, elegant, had a hard time leaving the hotel for sightseeing. Very refined, yet friendly place and helpful staff. Excellent rooms. High quality food. Would definitely stay there again.

El Riad Malaika Hotel está situado en el corazón de la medina de Essaouira, a sólo 50 metros de la playa. Beautiful riad and very welcoming staff and management. Perfect location to visit Essaouira and most notably, the breakfasts were superb! We also booked a dinner at the riad one evening and it was absolutely delicious and one of our best meals in Morocco!
