The hotel and facilities were amazing. A beautiful oasis just half an hour outside the hectic Medina. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had a private villa and it felt like heaven. The food was excellent and a great variety. The private cinema that you could book out was also a wonderful experience.

It was a beautiful Riad, very close to all the shops and the big market place. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I got extremely sick during my stay, and they were caring and helpful, and even helped me with my luggage when leaving, as I had become very weak and dehydrated, and gave me a herbal tea.

Riad Anya is an amazing place to stay during your visit in Marrakesh. It is very stylish and cozy with huge rooftop terrace. The food was delicious and spa treatments were very nice! However the best part of our visit were all the people working in the riad. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and made our stay an unforgettable experience! An absolute top level of hospitality I’ve ever experienced! Thank you for having us! I’ll for sure choose Riad Anya again when visiting Marrakesh :)

It is difficult to describe how beautiful this riad is. Every single detail of this place is so tasteful and harmonic that we hardly wanted to go outside of it. This place has a soul. The owner and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent. Beds are super comfortable. There is a reliable outdoor parking space near the hotel. If I could recommend only one hotel in Morocco to stay at I would recommend this riad for sure.

Located in the best area of the medina, Dar El Bacha, next to the King's palace. The property has a rooftop terrace with sun beds.

We spent wonderful 4 days in Riad Tizwa. Considering the very unfortunate circumstances (an earthquake that had happened some 80kms from Marrakesh area few days before our arrival) we had some concerns whether to proceed with our journey. Eventually we did and this decision really paid off. We received a truly royal treatment from the Riad Tizwa crew for which we are very grateful. The guys were always there ready to help us and handle even the slightest inconvenience. Apart from the hospitality we loved the newly renovated interiors and design of the riad. And of course the peace and retreat we found there after spending a day in the Medina.

Cozy and clean riad with amazing hosts - Nael, Rakaya and Yasmine were great. They did everything possible for our peaceful and comfortable stay. Breakfasts were prepared on site and very tasty. The place is within walking distance to the main attractions in the city. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place.

We loved everything! Stunning riad, fabulous location, staff were very attentive and accommodating. Despite my mother (80) struggling a little bit with the stairs to the terrace, she was hugely rewarded with a beautiful suite, sweeping views and cooler air. A perfect retreat from the heat and sensory overload of the medina. The location is excellent - easy access to all the sites and souks. Thank you for making my mum's birthday special, the suite was beautiful and took her mind off the stairs lol. We definitely recommend staying here and will do so again in the future. My mum and I have a lasting memory of our stay ++++
