The team (Leo and Agustin m) here goes above and beyond in a way that feels effortless and sincere. They gave me amazing local recommendations, checked in on me throughout my stay, and somehow always knew what I needed before I even asked. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm and intimate — exactly what a boutique hotel should feel like. But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. Their attention to detail and the way they care for guests is on another level. I left feeling not just rested, but truly taken care of. I would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Gabriel (manager) went out of his way to help us with care hire problems and finding a doctor. The building is beautiful, very old and interesting.

Their helpfulness and friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The restaurant served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted, with each dish crafted to perfection. The ambiance added to the dining experience, making every meal a delightful treat. The hotel itself was a beautiful and comfortable oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and inviting common areas. The refreshing pool was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the easy parking made coming and going a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the center, allowing me to easily access all of Merida's historical tourist attractions. Plus, having the owner onsite added an extra layer of hospitality, as they were always available to offer friendly advice and assistance.
