The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays. Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. This was our second stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. The gym is really well laid out and equipped. We loved the flexibility of having breakfast in the buffet or Gordon Ramsay restaurant. It is hard to highlight anyone, as all staff were fabulous. Zuliana was always warm and welcoming. Badrul was always very helpful and provided us with a wheel chair for our aunty. She really enjoyed exploring the hotel and connected shopping centre with us. We look forward to staying there again. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service. The hotel offers modern, air-conditioned rooms and suites with free WiFi, providing a scenic view of the airport quarter. We stayed at the suite and had a great experience. Being connected to the airport is such a great perk for those who are having a layover or just transiting. Hotel breakfast is great, facilities and amenities are great too. We traveled with 2 toddlers and the hotel prepared an extra bed for us in the living room which is so convenient. Room service were great too. The only downside is that I wished there is more clearer instructions to get to the hotel from the airport.

The apartment also offers excellent storage space, with numerous drawers, shelves, and cabinets throughout. One of the highlights is the stunning view of Kuala Lumpur, including a direct sightline to the iconic Kuala Lumpur Tower. The check-in process was seamless, requiring a refundable RM500 deposit as a security guarantee for potential damages. The check-out process was equally smooth, with the deposit promptly refunded. The property is ideally located, offering convenient access to most major tourist attractions. Several restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, along with a small convenience store just a 2–3 minute walk away. The city center is easily reachable, taking approximately 10–15 minutes by car or 30–40 minutes on foot. Security is well-managed, with a dedicated security office outside the tower and a 24-hour security guard stationed at the main entrance. The overall environment felt very safe and well-monitored. I highly recommend this property, especially for families, due to its comfort, convenience, and excellent security.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport and KLIA2 are a 7-minute train ride from Salak Tinggi KLIA Transit station, which is a 10-minute train ride from Putrajaya and a 25-minute train ride from Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Sepang F1 Circuit is a 15-minute drive from Rumah Putih. I stayed four nights and Jo varied the excellent breakfast each morning.

Amazing location, everything is just within walking distance: Lots of eateries, malls, Changkat Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, monorail and MRT station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I specially love the personalized service and their attention to details, e.g. the handwritten welcome note on my bedside table, the pillow preferences and the complimentary daily refreshments and drinks. A happy (regular) visitor is already looking forward to his next stay at The Journal.
