The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and Free WiFi, Le Chalet Suisse Motel Taupo is just a 2-minute walk from New Zealand’s largest lake, Lake Taupo. Was upgraded. And it was honestly perfect. The staff was amazing. And waking up to the beautiful view of Taupo lake.

Located on the edge of Lake Taupo, The Cove- On The Lake offers luxury rooms with satellite TV and either fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Great location by the lake. Amenities had everything i needed. Easy check in.

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely private deck backing onto a green space. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The bed super comfy. Everything was clean and there was lots of storage space. The proximity to the hot pools and the discount for entry was great. The staff were awesome - friendly, helpful, attentive, welcoming.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. VERY comfortable hotel in a truly perfect location. Beautiful view overlooking the lake. Close to town for selection of restaurants and shops. Outstanding breakfast. (Try the French toast!!). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well-appointed - amazing water pressure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport. The one bedroom is superb! Comfortable, spacious n clean!
