Situated in Mount Cook National Park and offering beautiful mountain views, Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Lodge is a 5-minute walk from Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre. Loved the communal space with a view. Our room also had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly.

We loved the spacious apartment/motel rooms, everything was clean and in good shape, kitchen had everything we needed. Place is probably great to see the stars as well and just a short driving distance from Lake Tekapo. Everyone there was lovely and accommodating and we even got to hand feed the pet lambs and sheep that lived on the property and had a great chat. The dogs and cat were friendly and cuddly as well. For everyone who wants to stay in the Lake Tekapo area and loves animals this is a unique and great value for money stay!

I loved the location across from the lake. It quiet with unobstructed views. Our host gave us tips on where to go. We appreciated that. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. There was nothing lacking.
