They agreed to keep our luggage while we spent a night near Machu Picchu. When we got back, Our luggage was in our room. A very nice touch. We also really liked the breakfast and complimentary coca tea.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was varied and pretty good and it is ready from 5 am in case you have to leave early. Service was great .
