Only 50 metres from Puno’s Main Square, Tierra Viva Puno Plaza offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and plasma TVs. The Cathedral and Jiron Lima Main Street are 50 metres away. Great room - spacious and comfortable with a fridge and tea making facilities. Lovely helpful staff. Very good breakfast. One of our group had a medical issue and they had a Dr there within half an hour!! Hotel was much better than I expected to be honest. Location was exceptional. In fact I liked Puno a lot more than I expected too!

The Staff was exceptionally helpful! They provided excellent advice on attractions, good but reasonably priced places to eat, and made inexpensive transportation arrangements to the airport in Juliaca.

Hotel Hacienda Puno is 1 block from the Main Square and the Cathedral and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Everything about it was excellent, but the staff and service were over and above. We were able to check in early after an overnight bus, we ordered room service which was lovely, and reception were able to arrange us a taxi when we were leaving.

The hotel is in a great location looking out on the cathedral with lovely parks. The room was really comfortable and warm - lovely window looking out on the cathedral. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was good.
