The location is fantastic, staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and hot springs are taken care of and very enjoyable. We only stayed one night and wished we could stay longer. The restaurant has great food and service too. Breakfast is plentiful.

Attention to all details by Edwin and his staff were the highlight of the place. Rooms were basic, but cozy and impeccably clean. Hot water and tea available all day long at the reception. Wifi good. Shower good. And the comforters on the bedding very warm. Hotel was a short block away from the central "Plaza de Armas" where there are a few stores and restaurants. And for us, most importantly, there was a car park which Edwin made available while we did our overnight hike to Sangalle. A+ service across the board.
