Due to my delayed luggage the boss himself and the others in the reception met my needs, helped me acquire maintenance items and even helped me communicating with the airline concerning delivery of my luggage - all without hesitation. I was even offered postponed checkout which helped me alot.

Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. it's actually a wonderfully equipped resort, and the price of 150 euros per night, for a gorgeous, huge room with a view of the river... is excellent! Wonderful park with lake with exotic plants The restaurant is a bit better, like the breakfast, the chef is very kind, local live music every evening... everyone tries to make you satisfied!tic fish, very rich and beautifully landscaped garden, Hacienda house... you have to stay more than 2 days like we did.....

The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the staff offered us other rooms to compensate. And we highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely beautiful, and beautiful view also from the terrace.
