We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

Very nice Hotel with spacious rooms,comfortable beds,and the Staff are amazing,everyone made my stay very comforble and enjoyable from the reception,dining,rooftop bar,bell man,house cleaning,everyone was very nice.i ended up staying more days and will definately come back here.

It provides basic rooms with an attached bathroom. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the security guards are incomparably kind. I've only been here a few times and rarely, but they always remember me, are always kind and willing to help, so I can't recommend them highly enough

Free WiFi is also available within certain hotel premises. My wife and I love Quest Hotel. We had a beautiful time. The staff is amazing! They’re friendly, professional and have amazing smiles. Always eager to help and assists our every need. We love the room. We really had a great room yesterday. I like the idea that we can order food all night and the minibar in the room is a great feature. We enjoyed the TV in the bedroom too. And the complimentary water. Thank you! The pool looks lovely. We will definitely use next stay. We enjoy eating all our meals onsite at the hotel and I enjoy the bar. The location is excellent. Mandarin Plaza Hotel is a 5-minute walk to Ayala Centre Terraces. Asiatown IT Park is a 15-minute drive away while it takes 45 minutes by car to travel to Mactan International Airport. Our room was so big. It is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly. Granted our request for a lower floor. Lovely city view. Food is good. We will.definitely be back.

Staff at entry, main lobby/desk, cleaning staff and restaurant and bar staff. It seems like the staff is a key to the fantastic experience we enjoyed. Great food ( except the potato bubbles🙁).
