The service and food were so good! The free pass to the museum was fun also! I enjoyed the good chocolate and the free cocktail! The room was very nice and the bed was soft!

The Hotel da Oliveira is within the historical Guimarães city centre, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Guimarães Castle, the city’s most iconic landmark is 150 metres away. Beautiful, traditional hotel. Very quiet with an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Situated in a 12th century Augustin Convent, the Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes overlooks Guimarães. Rooms are equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning and cable TV. This property was amazing! What a unique hotel! It was so fun to drive up the windy, tiny road to the top of the hill to find an amazing building with lovely views. The hotel is stunning. It's like you're walking through a museum only you get to stay there. The architecture, paintings, and ceramic tiles were the background for leisurely strolls in the beautiful grounds. We had a fabulous dinner and drinks in the lounge and enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The price was so reasonable. A shout out to the very friendly and very helpful staff!

Tea 4 Nine Guest House se nachází v Braze a nabízí obědy v apartmánech. Nabízí ubytování s možností vlastního stravování a bezplatným Wi-Fi. The spot is very closer to the center of Braga, the apartment is super cleaner and it overcame my expectations. It was my first time in Portugal and there is no better place that I’d recommend besides this apartment. The hosting was super kind and left some food as a welcome way. Super nice!! Looking forward to be back in another opportunity =)

Located within Guimarães city wall, in a manor house from the 18th century, Casa do Juncal combines history with modern comfort and elegance. The hotel is located in Guimarães historical city centre. It is in a pedestrian area but you can come close by car to leave your luggage. It is right in the middle of the centre close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. There is a very convenient automatic check-in procedure which allows you to arrive at any time.

I had no idea what I was booking when I had to find a hotel for one night lastminute while in Viana do Castelo. Had I known what a gem this place was, I would have stayed here for the full time that I was in town. It was beautiful, historic, and run by a team that you can tell really, really cares about hospitality. Everyone I met was lovely. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious, the breakfast was perfect, and the gardens were a lovely treat. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer to soak in the spirit of this place. If I have the luck of passing by Viana do Castelo again, this is where I will stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm and warmth of this beautiful building right in the heart of the town. The location couldn’t be better, just a 2 min walk to the historic centre, the river, and plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful decorated with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional touches. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept so well each night.

Trovador Guest House is located in the historic center of Guimarães and offers comfortable suites just 1 km from the iconic Guimarães Castle. Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Very nice building, old outside and new inside! The room was clean and had everything necessary, the bad was very comfortable, the breakfast, served on the ground floor by a very gentle lady, was aboundant and with all options. We really recommend the structure, and thank the kindest receptionist you can find!!
