Located within Guimarães city wall, in a manor house from the 18th century, Casa do Juncal combines history with modern comfort and elegance. We were really pleased with our stay at Casa do Juncal. I always expect to be at least a little disappointed in a hotel or local accommodations, but that was not the case here. Checking in and out was very easy, staff were lovely and the place was attractive and spotless. The complementary breakfast was very nice and the dining room was pretty. The location is amazing.
