I liked this hotel so much - everything was great - helpful staff, great food, comfy bed, beautiful room, the hotel is nice decorated and it is close to all activities. After exploring the city it was so relaxing to use the pool and sauna in the evening. If I get back to Cluj I will choose this hotel again.

The host wa very nice and helpful, I booked the wrong dates and they were very flexible understanding me and changing the dates without any extra costs. Other than than, everything was very nice, clean, close to city center, comfortable and so one. I strongly recommend it.

Staff were helpful and accommodating, parking was easy, restaurant had good hours, food delivery was also easy. Location was walkable to center of town. Room was upscale and clean.

How I arrived the receptionist Madalin upgraded my room as a Genius client, also Ana from reception was very professional and kind. The breakfast offered a very large choice of food homemade. Anytime when I need coffee and tea I had at the reception. Thank you, I will come again when I will be in Cluj.
