V roce 2024 byl hotel strašný, v roce 2025 už je vidět pozitivní posun na lepší stranu. 1. Na recepci stíhají obsloužit ve slušném čase 2. V pokoji byly koberce čisté a vše starší, ale funkční. Mimochodem je vidět, že postupně obnovují nábytek v pokojích, což je výborné. 3. V koupelně je už sprcha zaskleněná a tím pádem není po sprochování mokrá celá koupelna. 4. Obsluha chodí na úkladi pokoje pravidelně, ikdyž mají nedostatek ručníků a vydají 3 ks na 2 osoby. 5. V lobby je už nový nábytek. 6. V restauraci během iftáru vše chutnalo a bylo všechno čerstvé a v dostatečném množství. Některé stoly byly několik dní nefunkční, ale po upozornění to personál hned napravil. 7. Je dost výtahů a nikdy nečekáte
