The view on Garden by the Bay was unbelievable. The light show every night was beautiful. We could hear the music from the room. We loved the "room styling". Cables were tied beautifully, a cloth was left underneath our glasses every night. Letters were slid under the door to communicate. The staff was incredibly nice, patient and helpful from reception, to the rooms to the sky park. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with all types of options and the juice were fresh and delicious.

From the minute we.stepped into the Lobby lounge till the final waves goodby at early check out 7 am, EVERY SINGLE THING WAS PERFECT. Only sad part was there was no halal kitchen. Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing - Mobile App Check-In are self-catering and furnished apartment with modern studio apartments with free WiFi. Everything worked very well, the room is big, comfortable and exactly like in the pictures. The service was great. Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore se nachází v Singapuru, 10 minut chůze od stanice rychlodráhy MRT Raffles Place. Went here for my 30th birthday trip and the staff were amazing! They all knew it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday when they seen me on the day. On my arrival day they had balloons and a cake in the room ready for me and on my actual birthday morning they gave me a cake again at lunch. The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views over the bay. The pool is fabulous and the room was luxurious and everything was proper 5 star. The robes were the nicest I have ever used. I loved this place and will recommend it to anybody who is going to Singapore.

The entire experience from Check-In to Check-Out was incredible to say the least. The Hotel itself is a magnificent piece of art and I don't think you will get any more central than this. But most of all, the staff were all so welcoming, warm and accommodating. Apart from the Hotel itself, the location and the staff all been so amazing, Robert really made us feel at home and made sure we were WELL taken care of, in more ways than one. He definitely ensured our trip to the METT was more than just a holiday, but more so a memorable experience that we will always remember.
