Everything was perfect! When I arrived, the friendly young receptionist upgraded me to a better room than the one I had booked. I had asked for a quiet room, and I got an exceptionally peaceful one with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The wonderful young receptionist, Lana, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything was excellent – the cleanliness, the comfort, and the service. I highly recommend this place!
