Room was large and spotlessly clean and had a large sliding glass door on to a balcony with a fabulous view across the Mekong River to a Laos town on the other side. Close to main street with lots of cafes. The ideal town to stay when catching a slow boat to Luang Prabang, but give yourself more than just one night, to enjoy Chiang Khong.

Grandma Kaew House se nachází 200 metrů od nočního bazaru a autobusového nádraží Chiang Rai. Nabízí moderní klimatizované pokoje s balkonem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Pohodlné postele, čistý veškerý prostor, výhodná poloha, klidné místo. Nejlepší byl přátelský personál, který každý den uklidil pokoj a hlavně nám zařídil řidiče na celodenní výlet, ten byl naprosto famózní a řidič Pipi profesionál. Děkujeme.

Nak Nakara Hotel se nachází 12 minut jízdy od ohromujícího chrámu Wat Rong Khun, nejznámějšího chrámu ve městě postaveného slavným thajským malířem. Place is very nice and within walking distance to most places. Room is comfy and the pool area is very nice. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was really good. Staff goes out of their way to say hello and be pleasant. Very nice stay.

Wang Put Tan Boutique House se nachází v destinaci Mae Salong a nabízí ubytování se soukromými balkony. The hotel staff were helpful and we used google translate often to communicate clearly which worked very well. Great traditional Yunnanese breakfast included in our tarriff. The local tea was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The balcony was a bonus with stunning views and fresh mountain air. The hotel was very helpful with finding a driver to take us on a day trip as well as a transfer to Chiang Khong The local bakery and 7eleven are a short walk away The coffee at the bakery was brilliant as was the freshly cooked food.
