The hotel is very luxurious with great facilities and service as well as delicious food. The staff did an exceptional job at making us feel very comfortable during our short stay. They have amazing room service and all the necessary amenities in the room. Additionally, you can order whatever else you might need and you can do this via their hotel app, which is super practical. We stayed at the hotel because the 24-hour-use-of-room was perfect for our last day in Bangkok, but we will definitely stay here when we visit the city again because the value for money is incredible.

And the hotel is right in the centre of Old Phuket which in itself was a great surprise for us - a fabulous end to our trip around Thailand as Old Phuket was very different to what we were expecting.
