Everything was perfect — the room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious with a great variety to choose from. What really made my experience unforgettable was the amazing team. Every staff member was kind, professional, and always ready to help. I want to give a special mention to Ms. Jennie Ngo, who was an absolutely wonderful and warm-hearted person. Her kindness and hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Lavender Central Hotel nabízí hostům osvěžující pomerančový džus a nachází se jen 3 minuty chůze od malebného jezera Hoan Kiem a mostu Huc. + location, right in the smack of Old Quarter and yet it is in the quieter street. 10-20 m walk in all directions to the food stalls and shops, 5 mins walk to the lake, 2-3 mins walk to some must-see ancestral homes and temples. it is like having best of both worlds: central but not noisy. + we had the luck of being upgraded. room is spacious, beautiful. bed is comfortable and with 2 pillows per person which is ideal for me. there is complimentary bottles of water, coffee and tea. when passing by other rooms which were open/empty, i saw that their sizes are very good as well. + bathroom is spacious and modern. always clean. + inviting lobby, all facilities are always clean and in order. + the hotel staff esp hanna, daniel and trung were so helpful and friendly during our stay. + even before our stay, hanna had been very communicative and helpful with booking our halong bay day tour and answering other questions. + breakfast selection good, can order eggs prepared whatever way you want it from the friendly breakfast staff. + has laundry services, got our clothes back on the same day.
