The staff were absolutely lovely - nothing was too much trouble for them and it made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful with great attention to detail.

Sunrock Guesthouse offers free airport shuttle is available from and to OR Tambo International Airport, a barbecue and entertainment area, a fully-licensed bar and an outdoor pool. Very short notice booking for my daughter who was stranded at Joburg airport (missed connection flight). Hotel were straight back to me after the booking with details for the shuttle pick up. Driver name, picture, car reg and photo, exact location and how to get there from the arrivals hall. Very nice buffet dinner and a breakfast included. Next morning took her back to the airport with clear directions where she should go. Can’t thank them enough, and excellent value.

Located in Houghton, The Residence is a boutique hotel that offers spacious suites with a spa bath, and a balcony overlooking the garden, the fire pit or the outdoor pool. The staff was super friendly. The place was lovely and had that modern touch with abit of old school. The breakfast was excellent. The room was out of this world maybe one of the best stay Ive ever experienced.

The Peech is Johannesburg's eco-friendly, chic boutique hotel. Situated centrally in Melrose, between Rosebank and Sandton. Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The design is beautiful, rooms are spacious, breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful. I do recommend strongly this hotel to anyone traveling to Joburg
