This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Gothic Room which is large and very quiet, although it faces a larger main street. Although it wasn't an issue for us and should not deter you, note that the bathroom is an added feature to the room, so it has a little bit less privacy than a traditional hotel bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and well-appointed. I also want to add that Ursula is the one to ask for anything you need. She is amazing!

The most fabulous experience from walk in till tearful departure I was provided perfect help with directions and nice info with choice of ski slopes Want to come back ! Food was always nice and fresh , drinks and music Exceptional hotel of personal touch , hard work of all the personal and friendly atmosphere ! Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful views from the large balcony with comfortable chairs. The bathroom was very large with Rituals toiletries! And the breakfast buffet was exceptional - juicers, prosecco, made-to-order eggs/omelets, flammekuchen, goulash, meats, fruits etc. - all delicious!
