Raul at the front desk is AMAZING… The rest of the staff at the reception are out of this world. I will be looking forward to visit Bulle and especially Hotel D because of those genuine people who made our trip worthwhile. Truly, thank you….

Check in was smooth and personnel was very pleasant and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had asked for two separate single beds and it was all set up as per the request. The price was more than reasonable. Location was perfect.

In old town Gruyère, very close to the castle and the bus stop that goes to and from the train station. The staff is exceptional and the hotel atmosphere takes you back to a less hurried time. We enjoyed our meals and the evening fire in the common sitting room. We highly recommend it.
