The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to arrange a very good room for us when we actually checked in earlier than the standard check-in time. We really appreciate their mindfulness. The room was very comfy and quiet with a beautiful snow view. Breakfast was obviously improved from the last time we were here. It was warm with more choices.

Bruce the manager was Excellent...helpful, professional, accommodating, and spoke Good English...a huge relief. All of the staff are very sweet and attentive to client needs. My flight was canceled and the staff did everything they could to lessen the blow! They escorted me by shuttle to and from the airport to solve my dilemma...a great relief.
