The room was spacious, had a balcony and was very quite. The breakfast was great with a very good variety (fresh bons, cheese, meats, cereal, eggs etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just 10 minutes away from Rothenburg and a not expensive parking lot (P4), which was directly on the outer town wall and a 5 minutes walk from the market place (visited the Christmas market).ClaudiaCanada

It is located in a small and quiet village in the middle of Naturpark Frankenhöhe (with various hiking options directly from the hotel), yet easily reached from the motorway and within a short driving distance of various historic cities, including beautiful Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The hotel has a very good restaurant with a lovely terrace for eating outside.

The staff/owners are friendly, helpful and professional and provided information and suggestions for our visit to Rothenburg. They same family owns/operates a full-service restaurant across from the hotel. We had a delicious lunch there upon our arrival. We loved everything about this hotel.

Very quiet place. Small family hotel with very clean, reconstructed rooms, some hundred meters away from the restaurant where you have to check in and where you can have excellent dinner from local products. The rich breakfast is directly in the building with the rooms. Parking places almost right under your windows.

Our room was spacious and the hotel very quiet at night. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The owner was looking for us when we arrived and called us by name. She oversaw the breakfasts and was extremely hospitable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this highly to other travelers.
