The welcoming meeting in the reception, the with room with an excellent bed, super clean and fresh, free bottles of water together with tee an coffee, extra items in the bathroom and before departure the excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, breakfast on the calm backstreet with beautiful buildings and trees. Magnificent breakfast menu and everything fresh. Cant be better!

Great location, large clean spacious room with good facilities (fridge, hob etc if required), nice toiletries, a balcony and sea view. There was also a lovely roof top terrace. Great value for money and a lovely breakfast included (with Gluten Free options). The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend if staying in Santa Cruz and will be back!

The area is good as a base to visit the Island as it is close to the airport and harbour, well conected and easy to find park space. It has restaurants and supermarkets nearby and two beaches. There was nothing I could complain about. Nice view from the hotel room in La Palma hotel part on the 3. floor. Friendly personal during breaktfest time and at the pool bar. Los Cancajos is a small beach resort just 5km from the airport and 9km from the historic capital of Santa Cruz de La Palma. There are three beaches which adjoin each other so you can try out each one or even swim/snorkel between them. There is a good choice of excellent restaurants and a regular bus service. It's also an ideal place from which to explore the rest of La Palma as it is located midway along the east coast and with quick access to roads heading north, south and across to the wes. LOVELY PLACE WITH VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THE BUS SYSTEM IS GREAT AND PRETTY CHEAP TOO, €1.50 FOR JOURNEYS UP TO 10Km. ALL PRICES ARE SET SO YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY. WE ATE A FEW TIMES AT OCEANO BECAUSE THE GUYS AND GIRLS THERE ARE GREAT. THE FOOD IS SUPERB. TO BE FAIR WE DIDN'T HAVE A BAD MEAL WHEREVER WE ATE. WE WENT TO LA BODEGUITA AND I HAD PAPAS LOCOS AND THEY WERE SUPERB. I ASKED FOR THE LARGE BUT THE GUY SAID NO, HAVE THE SMALL. I'M GLAD I DID. THE SMALL WAS HUGE. SOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS. IF YOU LIKE RUM GET YOURSELF TO THE DISTILLERY IN THE NORTH OF THE ISLAND, IT'S WORTH IT. GET YOURSELF TO THIS ISLAND (WHEN SAFE TO DO SO), YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

We visit out of season so miss the hustle and bustle of the summer months but it's still generally warm and sunny. There's still plenty going on with restaurants and bars open all year. There's a good Spanish population too so it's not just holiday makers.

A good variety of Shops and Restaurants with a good beach. A very windy Location at times and not much nightlife if you are a party animal. Everything is within walking distance but on a very hilly island.

We have been visiting La Palma for over 15 years and have stayed in many apartments, hotels, and holiday homes, this apartment beat every one of those hands down. The view is unbelievable and it has everything we could possibly ask for. Miguel was wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. This was the most amazing apartment and we plan to only stay here as long as its possible. To be totally honest, we would seriously consider buying this apartment if it was for sale. Just wonderful. We can thank you enough

The host left us a bottle of Cava which was a nice surprise too. The terrace was great for breakfast in the morning & had a brilliant view. Short walk to Los Cancajos Beach and restaurants.
