We had done no home work and just LOVED Rodez.
We had done no home work and just LOVED Rodez. We spent all our 4 days in the Old Town walking and looking. We visited the 3 Museums, the park Cathedral and Churches. We are not shoppers but we loitered in the many squares and the Saturday market enjoying the tomatoes and peaches particularly. We relaxed in the warmth of a crazy september ! I was very pleasantly surprised with Rodez - I would highly recommend the walking tour details of which are available from the Tourist Information Centre who were very helpful. The cathedral is magnificent and well worth a visit. The city centre and old part of the city is lovely to stroll around, lots of greenery and flowers.
