Clean room with very comfy bed. Booked the executive single and bed feels like a small double so plenty of room for us single business travellers. Restaurant food (evening meal & breakfast) very tasty. Stayed here a few times and staff always friendly. Not had a bad trip.

First hotel I have been to in the UK, where reception staff were smilie, happy and genuinely interested in meeting the visitors. Meals all very good. Room lovely apart from hard pillows !

Wonderful people, lovely place. The attached restaurant is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Will always try to stay there if in Norwich again, really can't praise them enough. It is basic but at the price was cheaper than a taxi home.
