Once I had the instructions how to get there and for entry, everything was easy. Easy to park. Nice and private and felt safe and secure. Compact yet still with space to move about in. Not too far to the nearest big village (Hassocks) and shops. There is a foot path all the way, so is possible to walk if you wanted (tho bring a torch if it's dark because there's no street lighting near the end).

There is also a nice pub next door with good pub grub and a pleasant atmosphere. It is also a nice area to explore the South Downs, National Trust properties, and towns like Lewis—or the City of Brighton.
