The staff members were incredibly hospitable, demonstrating warmth and providing us with valuable insights about the lake. The serene ambiance of the location left a lasting impression, and we eagerly anticipate a longer stay during our next visit.

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio...

    There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. If you rent a car, the journey into the mountains is worth the 8 hairpin bends. The views are absolutely stunning.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel.

    good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. (Italians can be angry drivers if you go according to the speed limits)

    Very clean and comfortable. The room was great, it, had a balcony with a view of the lake and the bathroom was clean and more spacious then I have seen in any hotel so far. The owner (Angel) does his name justice left fresh fruit and some drinks in the fridge to enjoy. And it is only six minutes walking from the lake side. So it is far enough no not hear the traffic and close enough to enjoy the lake. This room is definitely in my top five of all the places I have visited.

    The hotel is incredibly beautiful The view from our terrace was so peaceful and unbelievable. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating - they even offered to open the spa early for us so we could use it before our check out. The breakfast is exceptionally good, especially the pistachio cream croissants Room was clean, with a very comfortable bed

    Lovely and quiet location up the hill in Cremia about 0.75 miles from the lake front with views of the mountains. Fantastic continental breakfast, very comfortable bedroom and everything perfectly clean. Elisa is very welcoming and helpful.
