Oggebbio, or maybe we should say Gonte (Oggebbio is the administrative name of a regroupement of several small villages) is a very nice place to spend a few days in total relax. It's very well placed on the west coast of the Lago Maggiore, between Cannero and Cannobbio (10 to 15 minutes driving up north) and Intra or Stresa (15. to 25 minutes south). The village is very nice and the view over the lake is unique!EmileGermany

There are several spots that offer some shade, each with a table and chairs to enjoy an outside meal or some drinks. Whe had contact with the owner only through Whatsapp. The communication was swift, clear and friendly.
