I had a great stay at your hotel. we liked everything about this property. we were greeted by Duccio, who was so honest & helpful with all aspects of our stay! the hotel is a 30 minute walk which was amazing, room was exactly as described with a beautiful terrace! Spa was more than we could have imagined, the pool massage completely rejuvenated us after a long day exploring Florence. we were recommended to eat at the JB Jazz Bistrot next to hotel , staff and food was outstanding as well as the live music!

Room was amazing and the staff were really helpful with any query we had about the place. 1 hour free use of the spa facilities which included a steam room and dry sauna. The food was excellent as well as the service.
