Spotlessly clean. Large bathroom. Bedroom with king bed and single. Bag of slippers on the wall. When we woke up, we noticed the beautiful garden, fruit trees, kitties. The family who own it were so kind and helpful, with calling a cab, repairing something I broke!, and great helpful communication from afar about complicated details. If you are doing the Alta Vía 1 from the south end, this is a good staging area. Great value for the money!

Very, veryclean. Easy to find as it is directly off a local highway. There is an underground parking garage which was included when we stayed. The hotel has good mountain views from the back and spectacular ones from the front. There is a sidewalk in front of the hotel. I’m not sure where it ends, but it looked like you could go for a walk directly from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us. We arrived in the evening and ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both were very good (for dinner there is an extensive pizza menu and also a menu with appetizers, first and second courses, and sides). For breakfast we had freshly baked brioches (croissants) and bread baked that morning, along with the usual yogurt, cold cuts, cakes,fruits, juices, and water. There was a toaster available at breakfast. There was also a water boiler, instant coffee and tea in the room. For breakfast, the staff came to our table and took our coffee orders.

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.
