We loved the Japanese style breakfast. We didn't include it in our reservation, but we paid for it separately everyday. They offer a great variety of food to start your day in the best way possible. The room was very clean and, although small, very comfortable. The bed was firm and perfect for resting after a long day of walking. The hotel is well located very close to a subway station and bus stops. All the staff was very polite and nice with us every time. The library lounge was a great addition, and we enjoyed a cup of tea at the end of day and sometimes some wine and sake. That's coin laundry machines and vending machines in the lobby.

Very spacious room by Japanese standards. Tatami floors were pretty nice. I enjoyed the location as well. Central and 7-10 minutes walk to Kyoto station. The staff was also extremely friendly 10/10

We were a family of 17 and we all loved the location. You just cross the street and you’re at Kyoto Station. The rooms were surprisingly big for Japan standards. The view was great! We just look out the window and see Shinkansen trains arriving and departing. Staff were very accommodating and helpful too.
