Hotel was in a great location to both old town and new. It was clean and tidy with everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were really comfy! The hotel was really quiet too, you couldn't hear noises from the other rooms even though they were occupied

Great location with modern rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking but you have to contact the front desk for them to open the gate on entry and exit. A little of a challenge for us who do not have a phone with euro voice service but easily accomplished by someone stopping by reception whilst the other waits. They to have A/C which can be a concern in this climate warming era.

We stayed at this very friendly hotel for the second time and will come back for sure.The staff is so perfect, they packed the breakfast to take away as we were leaving early in the morning, not every hotel makes such pleasure.Our kids enjoyed jakuzzi, great fun:)Thanks again, Pazaislis Park Hotel!

I liked, that the King's bed was really nice. Room was covered with real timber. Bathroom was OK. Lining was comfy. There were pool and playstation rooms.

Can't give them anything but a ten, and won't say a bad word about the hotel. My wife and I had a veterinary emergency with one of our dogs during our stay. The hotel's staff helped us the best they could, and I can't imagine what we would have done without their help. Our heartfelt thanks and eternal gratitude.

Our 4-day stay with 4 small children was impeccable. The room was very comfortable and entirely sufficient in size. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection of dishes and nice local touches eg. buckwheat-based products. The parking in front of the hotel was accessible and free, though in high season it likely gets filled up fast. The location is an absolute win - just a few meters away is the main pedestrian thoroughfare of Kaunas.
