Great location in a beautiful place.
Great location in a beautiful place. There are many attractions nearby, such as the Jotunheimen National Park with many hiking trails, the Lom Museum City, road number 55 Sognefjelvegen and other attractions.

We stayed over the weekend and could easily have stayed at...
We stayed over the weekend and could easily have stayed at least one more night. Especially because the drive up was around 5 hours from Oslo. The scenery here is idyllic and perfect for hiking and mountain walks since you are in-between two national parks, Jotunheimen and Breheimen. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience Norway and the inland scenery.ErleNorway

The dining "viking" hall has a fantastic view of the mountains that can be enjoyed from most tables. The hotel serves tasty, enjoyable dinner. The hotel is built in effectively a canyon, and we could hear rivers flowing through the mountains from our rooms. We were sad we couldn't stay there more!

Rooms were basic but was expected for type of hotel. Dinner was a set menu and this night they offered outstanding venison! Excellent service provided in the restaurant.
