Loved the individual cottages. Very spacious with a good bathroom and kitchen. Wood burning insert in the living room was a really nice feature. Super friendly staff and a beautiful and peaceful setting.

Very nice hotel with great staff and location. The room was tidy, had good storage, and was a nice size. The kitchenette was a good and the room had pots and pans available to use to do your own cooking. Bowls, cups, and cutlery was supplied as well. The beds were soft and warm.

Location was brilliant, amazing views of the Auckland harbour/skyline, but away from the noise/traffic of the city. We travelled between Auckland city and north shore, so Andy’s house was perfect in the middle.
The house was lovely and comfortable, there was a seperate lounge shared between us and one other room, which was nice to have a bit of privacy.
Massive outside deck with table/benches to work in the day/relax in the evening.
Breakfast was provided, along with all the tea and coffee you could want.
Finally, the host family were amazing. Andy, his young son Alan (the little property manager), plus the whole family, were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to offer suggestions/help, or leave you alone, as you prefer.
All in I would definitely stay again.

Lovely rural position. Great shop across the road from driveway which provided fresh fruit, veggies, bread, deli items, coffees, etc (quality, so not the cheapest). Lovely host, clean, tidy modern unit.

Beautiful apartment. Very new and well set out. We had a beautiful view out on the deck of trees. It didn’t feel like we were in the city at all.

Beautiful scenery also felt safe & secure.
Lovely showers and rooms, comfortable bedding, right down to the xtra little things like baking us a banana loaf then getting to enjoy the lavender products. Look forward to returning.
