All was excellent. Staff was there to check-in even if we came late. They provided everything we need. Excellent beds, warm inside, hot water with good pressure, very clean room. Reach and good breakfast. Close to the ski lift. Good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very centrally located. The hosts are exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They even helped lift our very heavy bags to our second floor room, which is something usually owners would frown upon. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zdiar.

This was one of the rare "WOW" experiences. Our expectations were widely exceeded. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Amazing gourmet meals within standard half-board evening buffet. Beautiful and large spa. Heavily decorated sparkly clean rooms. Exceptional stay. We will be returning.

    This is a brilliant place to stay and there is so much to do...

    This is a brilliant place to stay and there is so much to do. If you are a thrill seeker looking to climb very mountain tops or a family person wanting to take the kids on an adventure there is everything on offer. We did a number of hikes in the area and had we stayed longer we would have also done some mountain biking. The trails are excellent.
