Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Really liked having an extra sofa to make watching TV more comfortable. Additionally the breakfast in the morning was great with omelets, bacon, sausage along with other typical breakfast foods.

We were visiting Eureka and the Crescent City area, so McKinleyville was close to each of those towns. The few restaurants were a short drive from the hotel, and there were beaches and ocean viewpoints close to the hotel, also. Even though there is a regional airport very close, we never heard any airplanes from our room.

The place is very compact, but also kinda cool and for two couples it fitted our needs nicely. The place is small but well organized, and you have mostly everything you can think of. We used the kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast the following day. The location was also nice, with a nice view over Mckinleyville. The hosts were friendly and run the place smoothly.
