WoodSpring Suites McAllen Pharr, TX We rented a week stay due to Beryl hurricane, by Wednesday we checked out due repairs with no water in room, we bought 2 gallons of water to flush toilet, fire alarms ringing 2 days in a row, & technicians walking in room to repair items, My 87 year old mom & 2 other seniors were uncomfortable with all all these areas, we checked out Wednesday night. South wood suites staff commented that (150.12) would be partial reimbursed to our credit card for the inconvenience. I received the invoice/statement with the ($150.12), but have not seen the reinstatement on my card. Staff & employees: Suzi, RJ & Dee at site.
