Shelbyville was a great home base for our Indiana vacation.
Shelbyville was a great home base for our Indiana vacation. It was small enough to be friendly and user friendly, but large enough to have amenities like food and shopping. It is also located near lots of things to do, tons of state parks and outdoor attractions.

I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and the pillow was the most comfortable EVER. We also liked the fact that the hotel was easy to find. I chose the wrong state that had the same name for the city, I was only trying to rebook at the correct location. I was aware of a possible fee, but no one wanted to do their job. I was told numerous times it was the other parties responsibility to handle it. I reached out by email and called.

In one hotel, we walked bare footed in the room and left a mud puddle in the bathtub from the bottom of our feet! From here on out, we are dedicated to Comfort Inns!!

The room had such a bad odor we could not stay in the room. Went to check out another room and it had the same odor. Asked for a refund, and they gave it to us. Went across the street and stayed at Hampton Inn had a much better experience.
