Traveler's Reviews & Photos

Sidney is a quiet place with beautiful nature and lovely scenery. You need a car to get to the sight seeing places but it is very cosy and welcoming to stay at as retreat from the noisy city.

I love Sidney and Victoria, the restaurants and the sites to see, the waterfront park in Sidney by the Pier is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy coffee. It is one of my most favourite places to visit.

Just a lovely place with an interesting history..The Shack on the end of the pier for super food, especially seafood was superb ....also perfectly located for drive to Buchart Gardens and then exploring Vancouver Island.

small boutiques small local restaurants the usual fast food retaurants close proximity to airport close proximity to Victoria

Great little Thai restaurant on Beacon Ave. called Sabhai Thai. Apparently people from all over drive to eat there.

The water front, and all the little shops. Felt really relaxing to just walk and talk to the friendly people.

small easy to get around, in car you miss small things

Crab cakes and clam chowder on the wharf
