Things to Do in Great Malvern

Worcestershire Beacon
Say hello to the king of the Malvern Hills. Worcestershire Beacon is the range’s highest point, reaching an impressive 465 yards above sea level. Start your walking route from the town of Great Malvern and wind your way up – the panoramas over the rolling hills are worth it! Leisurely strollers should try stopping off at St Ann’s Well Café for refreshments on the way.
Herefordshire Beacon
If you’re into the Iron Age or just epic country views, Herefordshire Beacon might be perfect for you. This hill is home to British Camp, an old fort built over two thousand years ago. Only the earthworks remain, but it doesn’t take much to close your eyes and imagine the Roman army advancing towards the ramparts.
Little Malvern Priory
Little Malvern Priory is the definition of rustic charm. Nestled in a woody hillside, it was once a Benedictine monastery run by monks. This Romanesque church is truly an English country idyll; head down for Sunday matins for the full experience.

Exceptional
Great Malvern is a lovely spa town. Having very good transport links it is perfect for walking in the hills and has plenty of places to eat and drink. There are theatres and places of local interest with an excellent Tourist Information facility in the town centre.

Recommended in Great Malvern

The access to fabulous walks was right on the doorstep of the hotel, Malevern offers well defined walks for all levels of fitness, and the Malvern Hills Hotel is the perfect starting (and ending) spot.

It's very hilly and there are some tight turns. Appear to be good car parks so park and walk, it's not a huge place.
