Things to do in Kuah

Kilim Karst Geoforest Park
This geo forest grows from towering limestone formations that date back over 500 million years. It’s best seen from the water below, so hop on a boat tour along the Kilim River and keep an eye out for lizards, macaques, kingfishers and eagles soaring overhead.
Langkawi Fish Farm
See the marine life Langkawi is famed for at this narrow stretch of water. There’s a popular seafood restaurant where you can savour freshly caught cuisine and beautiful views. Below, Moray eels, mantis shrimp, horseshoe crab and stingrays swim and scuttle.
Eagle Square
Dominated by a large eagle with wings spread, this lake plays homage to Langkawi’s emblem. The iconic spot makes for a popular photo-snapping destination and is ideal for watching ferries crisscrossing the harbour, or the sun sink into the horizon at the end of the day.

Very good
This place is rather quiet and slow pace. I believe this is mostly Muslim community hete so hardly to locate the non halal Chinese restaurant in kuah area. Overall it's a pleasant place to visit if u wanna escape from the hustling and bustling in the city.

There isn’t much to do here especially during monsoon season. A vehicle would be needed to drive around and about, due to the lack of transport means.
