“Little expensive for a solo traveller but good for two people sharing the room (same cost for double and single occupancy) but this is rather just a note, not complaint :-) one of the best hotels in my ~20 yrs travel experience, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, simple but very elegant decor (loved the restaurant!!!), excellent breakfast for a small extra fee (I paid more on a plane for a tiny sandwich and cup of tea). During this short visit I previously planned to stay in Hamburg city centre but wasn't impressed with the reviews of some chosen hotels, so preferred travel daily from Buxtehude and enjoy the comfort of this place. I even liked the other guests, all seemed to be very intelligent people, not noisy misbehaviours :-)”
