The accommodations exceeded my expectations. Everything was VERY clean and orderly. The staff were very pleasant - Morgann was an excellent host, she assisted with excursions for several destinations in Paris providing written directions to the locations. I can not say enough about her and how much we enjoyed meeting and working with her. The rooms were large (including the toilet) and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and the overall "homey" feel the location provided. We were looking for a Parisian feel with this location and they delivered for sure.

Great affordable option which was located very near blue line which was helpful for getting to both the city centre and Stade de France. Check in was very quick which was great as we were in a huge rush at the time. No bedbugs aswell 🙏😃👍

    3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one,

    3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one, 2 days for exploring with Subway / Bolt. I would advice Using combination of subway + Hop On Hop Off for 3 days. There was nice looking restaurants at Area, but we did not have no time to test any! Metro 13/14 was first a little bit confusing, No signs for routes 14 outside.

    Easy to move around, lots of shops and restaurants to visit, not too rowdy. Not too far from the city centre. If you already know places to visit for sightseeing or you just want to rest, then I would recommend the area.

    Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen

    Not a Great Experience in Saint-Ouen I didn’t enjoy my time in Saint-Ouen. The area felt a bit run-down and It had a lot of litter on the streets. the neighborhood didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable for walking around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    Pretty suburban place with some very old/worn out buildings like the Ice rink. But all in all a good place to stay with some very good yet cheap (!) restaurants. Way cheaper than Paris centre to stay and to eat

    Nestled just outside Paris, Saint-Ouen pleasantly surprised...

    Nestled just outside Paris, Saint-Ouen pleasantly surprised us with its vibrant, village-like charm—home to cozy bakeries, organic markets, and a diverse food court, all set within a welcoming and authentic community. The area is also known for hosting the famous Marché aux Puces, one of the largest and most iconic flea markets in the world. And just steps from the metro, we highly recommend MEISA, a lovely brasserie where we enjoyed the best meal of our entire stay.

    The host, Arthur, was very cool. Gave us tips for the local area and Paris in general. Even though we were arriving later than the stated check in time, he stayed up late to greet us and show us around the property. Both the house and the apartment had everything someone may need during their stay. Public transport is not far away too, which is handy.

    We loved the friendly environment where the hotel is situated. It was peaceful after busy Paris. The apartment was completely quiet, very clean and well appointed. The staff were beautiful and very helpful. We would stay again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Close to Metro with connections to every station RER and bus.

    Really handy hotel for sightseeing around Paris. Right outside Garibaldi station which takes you everywhere in Paris within about 20-30mins. Metro didn’t run very late here but we just got Ubers back home for about 15 euro. Staff all very nice also.

    Tiny, cozy studio located just outside Paris (exactly as in the pics). City centre easily reachable - both bus and M stations are pretty close. Pluspoint: coffe machine, tv and comfortable mattress. Relaxing and homely ambiance, lots of light.
